These wall pieces are landscapes in ceramic- colourful glazes, glass, surface texture and printed oxides are used to create pieces that describe the layers of colour and pattern in the Sussex landscape, from the hills and woodland of the South Downs to the architecture in Brighton. Many of the ceramic wall tiles are set in to thick wooden frames made from reclaimed timber, the soft organic textures of the wood complimenting the tiles.
